RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Kiara Silks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issue with your order, weβre here to help under the following guidelines:
1. Return Policy
We accept returns only if:

The item is damaged, defective, or not as described, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return requests must be emailed to kiarasilks25@gmail.com with clear photo proof.
Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Approved return items must be shipped back within 5 working days after our confirmation email.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our fault.
2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be Credited within 7β10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used (card, UPI, etc.).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Note: Customized or discounted/sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Replacement & Exchange Policy
We offer replacements or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective.

The wrong item was sent.
-
The product is the wrong size (only if size chart was followed correctly).
- Approved Exchanges & Replacement Delivered within 5-7 Working Days
Replacement/Exchange Conditions:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via kiarasilks25@gmail.com.

The item must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition.

Replacements will be processed in 7 days once the returned item is received and inspected.

In the case of exchanges for size, the customer must bear the return and re-shipping costs.
No exchanges are accepted for:

Custom-stitched orders

Discounted/sale products

Orders reported after the return window (48 hours)
